Enactus Northumbria is a society of students, academics and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to transform the lives and shape a better more sustainable world. We do this by starting up social enterprises, which aim to make an impact on people's lives.

Why Enactus?

Enactus believes in investing in students who take entrepreneurial action for others creates a better world for us all. 

Guided by educators and supported by business leaders, teams of students conduct needs assessments in their community, identify potential solutions to complex issues and implement community impact projects. This results in communities benefiting from collaboration and fresh innovation in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, plus students gain the valuable experience to advance their personal and professional lives.
